Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Login to your paypal account and you should see your order history with a link to USPS tracking if your item has shipped. In some cases we may not ship right away so don't be alarmed if you don't see a tracking. Feel free to email for the status of your order.

Q: How large are the downloads?
A: Download size can vary from 1gig to 3 gigs for some multi-disc tutorial sets. Broadband is recommended.
